New Delhi, October 2025:
IACT Education, in collaboration with the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC), has successfully completed a placement-based online skilling program aimed at training and employing 100 youth in Telecom Customer Care Executive (CCE) job roles. The initiative was proudly supported by the Rotary Club under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

This impactful project was executed through IACT Education’s East Delhi Training Centre, which served as the central hub for mobilization, digital training, and placement support. The program focused on building the employability skills of young aspirants and enabling them to start their professional journey in the telecom and customer service industry.

Empowering the Unserved and Underserved

Under this CSR initiative, the target beneficiary group included aspiring youth from economically and socially underprivileged backgrounds — primarily unemployed candidates seeking livelihood enhancement and career-oriented training. The training was fully funded by Rotary Club CSR funds, ensuring that financial constraints did not hinder participation or access to opportunities.

The program’s objective was to enhance the livelihood skills of participants and connect them to meaningful employment in the fast-growing telecom sector. Through industry-aligned digital training, mentoring, and placement assistance, IACT ensured a 100% placement success rate, marking a significant milestone for the institution and its training ecosystem.

Words of Appreciation and Encouragement

Recognizing the remarkable achievement, Rotary Club District Governor (2022–23), Rtn. Ashok Kantoor, extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the project beneficiaries. Each successful participant received a personalized letter of appreciation from him, which read:

“As you embark on the next chapter of your life, remember that this achievement is just the beginning of many more successes to come. Use the knowledge and skills you’ve gained to make a positive impact in your chosen field. Once again, congratulations on this significant accomplishment. We are proud to have had you as a student, and we look forward to hearing about your future accomplishments.”

Leadership Remarks from TSSC

Speaking on the success of this initiative, Lt. Gen. K. H. Gawas (Retd.), Chief Executive Officer, Telecom Sector Skill Council, stated:

“The Telecom Sector continues to be a major employer of skilled professionals across India. Through collaborations like this with IACT Education and Rotary Club, we are not only empowering youth with job-ready skills but also contributing to the nation’s vision of a digitally skilled workforce. Such projects demonstrate the real impact of skill development when industry, training partners, and social organizations work together.”

IACT’s Commitment to Quality Skilling and Employability

IACT Education has consistently demonstrated its commitment to quality training and employability-linked outcomes. By leveraging online and blended learning models, industry-relevant content, and dedicated placement support, IACT ensures that every learner is career-ready.

This project stands as a testament to IACT’s mission of empowering youth through skills, bridging the gap between training and employment, and contributing to India’s broader “Skill India” and “Digital India” missions. With this initiative, IACT achieved remarkable placement results, reaffirming its reputation as a trusted and result-driven skill development organization.
