The discussions focused on advancing the partnership for the proposed National Centre of Excellence (NCoE) at Chennai, envisioned as a model hub for high-quality skill training, innovation, and global best practices in workforce development.
Both sides exchanged insights on institutional frameworks, training standards, and industry-linked skill programs, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation in enhancing India’s skilling landscape.
To take the dialogue forward, it was mutually agreed to organize a joint workshop in early November 2025 aimed at developing a detailed roadmap for the NCoE collaboration.
