Indian cricketer and youth icon Sanju Samson has been appointed Brand Ambassador of Jan Kaushal Kendra, an initiative presented by IACT Education, with the association formally announced in the presence of Delhi Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta.

The association brings together the energy of India’s sporting icon with a grassroots skilling initiative aimed at connecting young people with AI, digital technology, future skills, career opportunities and self-reliance.

Welcoming the association, Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta highlighted Sanju Samson’s connection with Delhi and his potential to inspire the city’s youth towards skills, opportunities and self-reliance.

The Jan Kaushal Kendra initiative was inaugurated in Moti Nagar by the Delhi Chief Minister in August. The centre focuses on bringing AI and modern digital skills closer to the community, with the broader objective of preparing young people for emerging employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

The initiative also reflects the larger national emphasis on preparing India’s youth for the opportunities emerging from Artificial Intelligence and new technologies. The Moti Nagar centre is being implemented and managed by IACT Education, with The Madan Lal Khurana Foundation as the initiative promoter and Trinity Foundation as the community partner.

Sanju Samson: “Happy to be part of a journey that empowers young people”

Speaking about his association with Jan Kaushal Kendra, Sanju Samson expressed his gratitude for the opportunity and said that he was happy to be associated with an initiative focused on taking skills and opportunities to Delhi’s youth.

“I am really happy and honoured to be associated with Jan Kaushal Kendra. I believe that just as success in cricket comes through continuous learning, practice and discipline, young people today can build their future by continuously upgrading their skills. I am thankful for this opportunity and look forward to inspiring the youth of Delhi to learn, grow and become self-reliant.”

Rajiv Kumar, Director, IACT Education

Shri Rajiv Kumar, Director, IACT Education, welcomed Sanju Samson’s association with the initiative and expressed gratitude to the Delhi Chief Minister for providing an opportunity to showcase the youth-focused vision of Jan Kaushal Kendra.

“We are delighted and honoured to have Sanju Samson join Jan Kaushal Kendra as its Brand Ambassador. His journey, discipline and connect with young India make him a natural source of inspiration for the next generation. We sincerely thank Sanju for associating himself with our youth-skilling vision and Hon’ble Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta for giving us the opportunity to present this initiative from her office and to take the message of skills and future readiness to the youth of Delhi.”

Cricket meets future skills

The association seeks to create a simple but powerful message for young people: talent needs continuous learning, and the future belongs to those who keep upgrading themselves.

Just as cricket demands practice, adaptability, decision-making and performance under pressure, the emerging world of AI and technology requires young people to develop new skills, confidence and the ability to adapt.

Through Jan Kaushal Kendra, IACT Education aims to contribute to this journey by making AI, digital and future-ready skills more accessible at the community level, while creating pathways towards employment, entrepreneurship and self-reliance.

The occasion was attended by Shri Harish Khurana, MLA, Moti Nagar; Shri Rajiv Kumar, Director, IACT Education; and Dr. Sameer Bhati, President, Trinity Foundation, among other stakeholders.

With Sanju Samson joining the initiative, Jan Kaushal Kendra now seeks to take its youth-focused message beyond the classroom—encouraging young people to learn, skill themselves and confidently step into the future.
