The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has officially released the short notification for NORCET 10 (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test) 2026. The recruitment drive aims to fill 3000+ Nursing Officer posts across various AIIMS institutions and participating central government hospitals.
The online application process began on February 24, 2026, and eligible candidates can apply until March 16, 2026. The recruitment is being conducted under Advt. No. 17/2026.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess either:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university
OR - Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with at least 2 years of experience in a minimum 50-bed hospital
Additionally, candidates must be registered with the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council.
Selection Process
The AIIMS NORCET 10 selection process will consist of two stages:
🔹 Stage I – Preliminary CBT
Qualifying in nature.
🔹 Stage II – Mains CBT
Final merit will be prepared based on Mains performance.
Candidates who qualify Stage I will be eligible to appear for Stage II.
