The selected candidates will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to customers by handling calls and resolving queries related to computer systems, networking, hardware, and software. Candidates must be open to working in rotational and night shifts.

Job Requirements

•         Internet troubleshooting, basic networking (LAN/WAN)

•         Basic knowledge of hardware/software

•         MS Office and latest operating systems

•         Good communication in English (spoken)

•         Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts

•         L1 Tech Support: Handle customer queries and troubleshoot network/device issues.

•         Understand product updates

•         Aim to resolve customer problems in the first call
